Below is the Refunds and Returns Policy for The Cloudaloud Bookshop.
“Refund” refers to a refund transaction made to the original method of payment for Bookshop purchases.
“Return” refers to the return of a physical products purchased from the Bookshop.
All requests for refunds from The Cloudaloud Bookshop should be submitted via email to email@example.com. Please be sure to include your transaction order number and the amount of credit for which you are requesting a refund.
Our aim is to provide parents and children with a safe and secure environment in which children can explore new books and independently grow their personal library. For this reason, we ask that you include your reason for requesting a refund in your email so that we may continue to optimise the service we provide. Your feedback is important to us.
Refunds are granted subject to approval, which will not be unreasonably withheld.
We will confirm approval of refund requests via email, and the refund transaction will be applied to the original method of payment.
Returns and exchanges
All return requests to The Cloudaloud Bookshop should be submitted via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please be sure to include your transaction order number and the titles of the book(s) which you are returning.
Our return policy lasts 30 days. All return requests must be submitted within 30 days, and the returned purchase must be sent by the customer before 30 days have passed.
If you submit your return request and send your purchase back to us before 30 days have passed, but your parcel does not reach us until after 30 days have passed, your return will be processed.
Returns are accepted subject to approval, which will not be unreasonably withheld.
To be eligible for a return, the returned product must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we will offer to exchange it. A prepaid return slip will be sent to your email and we will despatch a replacement order. Once we have received your returned product, we will email you to confirm the exchange has been fully processed.
If you do not return the original product for exchange within 30 days, you will be charged for the replacement product.
If you wish to return a damaged copy, but do not wish to exchange, the price of the returned product will be refunded to the original method of payment.
